Great Product, Not so great battery life.,
Awesome product. Very sleek design, extremely comfortable. Battery life could be better but when you don’t need it you can just store it on the stone to charge. The stone is said to hold an entire recharge on it. I have never had a problem with it dieing during my work day. Good sound quality, and i have never had a problem with the people I am talking to having trouble hearing me which was a concern with the mic being way up at the ear with no extension. Also love the fact that it plays the music from my phone I don’t usually use this feature just because i try to save my battery for talk. Overall very impressed with the design and comfort and sound quality. definitely would suggest this to anyone that doesn’t need long talk time

Things not included,
I purchased this item because it was less expensive than at the phone mart. The product works great, but some say it sounds like you are talking through wax paper, I guess it isn’t as clear as they say. I was under the impression that some of the basic things to make it work were included, as it said on the website. Gee, imagine my surprise when I opened the envelope, yes, I said envelope, in which it came, and the only thing in there was the Stone, charger and ear piece. And, that was it, no directions on how to pair it with my phone, no wall charger, so I had to go back to the phone mart and pay an additional $19.95 plus tax if I wanted to use it. According to the site these things were to be included, and I was too mad and frustrated to try to call these people. If you need to know anything about the device, just go to Jabra website, which is:[...] This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with Amazon. But I guess my real gripe is with the company (The OEM Store) who did the actual packing and shipping.

Sounds great,
Earpiece works great…has a great sound. A little uncomfortable at first, but after a day or so I got used to it. Only drawbacknis that the answer button is at the bottom, so to answer a call, I end up pushing the earpiece further into my ear. Has a good battery life.
