This new earbud was designed as an ergonomic replacement to the ordinary earbuds that come with most Bluetooth headsets. After trying out countless headsets and having experienced the same annoying discomfort, we were inspired to come up with our own earbud design. This earbud is uniquely formed into a conical-like shape that fits comfortably inside of the ear canal. It is made from a supple, gel-like material and is designed to fit a wide variety of ears. It will make using your headset so comfortable – you will forget you are wearing one! The unique tapered shape also enhances sound and noise isolation; thereby improving the audibility of the sound and helping to keep external noises out. It’s great for those with difficulty in hearing the sound from their headsets and excellent for use in noisy environments.

Great bluetooth earbud replacement,
So, I’ve tried out 4 or 5 different replacement earbuds for my jawbone prime, as well as for other headset devices.
While I have found others that may have been more comfortable, I find this earbud is the best overall.
If you use a bluetooth headset with an earhook, I highly recommend this. If you don’t have or use an earhook, don’t even bother, as this earbud will NOT hold the BT headset in your ear.
Jabra’s hold them in the ear very well, and are VERY comfortable, but don’t work well with Jawbones, as they hold the headset away from the face (defeating the idea behind Jawbone’s).
Acoustibud’s hold them in the ear all right, but not great. They are about the same comfortability as the Jabra’s, and position the Jawbone better than the Jabra’s against the face. Acoustibuds, however, do not stay attached to the device, and are prone to being lost.
Umbra’s aren’t uncomfortable at all, but aren’t really comfortable either. Its more like you won’t notice it for them most part, but don’t expect them to hold your bluetooth headset in place without an earhook. With an earhook, it allows it to rest against the face, but doesn’t hold it there very tightly.
The Umbra ear bud has been my choice overall for my Jawbone Prime so far. If I had a different brand headset, I would probably go with the Jabra, as it wouldn’t matter if it held the bluetooth against my face.

Works great with my Jawbone Icon!,
After getting the Umbo earbud, my Jawbone Icon headset fits even better in my ear and the sound quality is great! Simple and easy to install. I’m very happy with this product.
