Great product!,
Using w/ iPhone 3G. Connected quickly. Clear sound and loud, even in car (windows up), outside at park and in the mall. Good fit w/ ear bud and loop, feels stable. Highly recommended.

Good Product,
This is my first experience with a bluetooth device and overall I really enjoy this product. It has good placement of the buttons as well as looking very professional. The sound quality is good and I rarely have a problem hearing or being heard by the other person.
The only con I can think of is the comfort. I have larger ears than a lot of people and the way this headset feels on my ear is not good. It kind of flops around, not tight against my ear. I feel like I constantly have to adjust it to make sure I can hear the other person. Im not sure if having smaller ears would fix this problem but that is the only negative I can come up with.
Overall very good product.

Many problems,
The sound quality of the Motorola bluetooth is ok, but there are many unsatisfactory issues. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing this device. First, the bluetooth is incredibly uncomfortable. It seems not to have been designed with the user in mind. The microphone is so large that it is not possible that Motoroala actually measured the average human ear canal size. The discomfort of the large sized microphone is made much worse by the overall huge size and weight of the device. If it were any larger I would have been better off hanging my cell phone on my ear. Finally, after just a few wearings the rubber adapter would no longer stay on the device. Oddly, the ear piece is more comfortable without the rubber adapter, although then the sharp plastic edges of the microphone dig in the your ear canal. In summary, if sound quality were the only factor this device would rate well, but unfortunately, the negative ergonomic qualities far outweigh the positives.
