Headset Affordable with Nice Crisp Sound,
UPDATED REVIEW: Mystery solved. It turns out that the instructions that come with a headset are incorrect. You are supposed to turn the Bluetooth on on your phone, and then press and hold the function button on the headset for about 6 seconds until the LED flashes blue, when what you actually need to do is press and hold the function button on the headset for longer than 6 seconds until the LED flashes blue AND CONTINUE HOLDING THE BUTTON DOWN UNTIL THE HEADSET HAS A NON-FLASHING BLUE LIGHT, after which your phone should see it. Unfortunately, I had returned my first headset and purchased a replacement before I figured this out; I tend to follow instructions to the letter, and I assumed that the instructions were correct and that the unit itself was to blame. Shame on me.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would love to write a glowing review of this headset, but I can’t get the headset paired with my iPhone, or with my boss’ Droid. A Google search of the manufacturer didn’t get me a contact number for their customer service, so I can’t call them to troubleshoot. Now I have to decide whether it’s worth returning and getting a new one, or just going to Costco and buying the $50 Bluetooth headset they have there. At Costco, at least I know they will refund my money immediately if it doesn’t work. If I find a solution to this, I’ll be happy to edit my review.

Love it!,
I love this product! It is definitely worth the price. It is so easy to pair with the phone and the comfort and quality is great. Though, I will say if you have an issue with losing or breaking small items, you may not want this piece. It is about as big as a quarter and as heavy as 2 quarters. I would definitely recommend it, it would be a shame if you were to miss out on something so great at a price so small.

Get what you pay for,
I found it useless when there is any kind of road noise whatsoever. As long at the radio is down, and the windows are up & you stay off the freeway you are good. Strained, but good. You get what you pay for I guess, but then I went to a local store & found a Jabro for $20 & it is awesome.
